Chideya "Jhnae_thepoet" Waddell

Chideya Waddell serves as the Associate Director of The CryOut Cave, Newark’s creative hub for spoken word, music, and community expression. With a strong background in design, branding, and community engagement, she helps lead the vision, operations, and programming that uplift local talent. Passionate about creating safe, inspiring spaces for artists, she works alongside Director Godsent to ensure every event empowers voices and strengthens community culture.

Craig Bradley

Craig Bradley serves as the Programs Director at The CryOut Cave, where he curates and oversees the development of impactful creative programs and community-centered events. With a passion for cultivating talent and fostering artistic growth, he designs experiences that empower performers and engage audiences. His leadership ensures that every program reflects the Cave’s mission of expression, unity, and cultural elevation.

Andrew “So Ugo” Onubogu

Andrew Onubogu is the Communications Coordinator at The CryOut Cave, where he manages the flow of information, storytelling, and audience engagement across all platforms. With a skill for clear messaging and community connection, he ensures the Cave’s mission and events reach the right people at the right time. His work strengthens the Cave’s presence, amplifies its artists, and supports its growing creative community.

Evelyn Obasoro Oluwapelumi

Evelyn Oluwapelumi serves as the Administrative Assistant at The CryOut Cave, providing essential support that keeps daily operations running smoothly. Known for her organization, professionalism, and warm approach, she helps coordinate schedules, manage communications, and assist both staff and artists.
